What is WhiskeyHangover.com?
WhiskeyHangover is a social bookmarking site. Here you can post links to anything you find useful/interesting/funny on the web for others to see,vote on, and discuss.How does it work?
Any time you come across a link that you want to post to WhiskeyHangover, head on over to the 'Submit Link' button on the right of the screen. Post the URL, give it a description and a category, and your part is done! This is even easier with a bookmarklet.Now it's up to other users to decide if they like your link or not, and will vote it up or down accordingly.
Whats the difference between 'Popular' and 'Newest' view modes?
When in 'Newest' mode, the stories are sorted by category in the order that they were submitted.When in 'Popular' mode, the stories are sorted by category according by an popularity algorithm. Even I'm not sure how it works, but it involves the number of up/down votes, and the amount of time since the link was posted.
How do I create an account?
It's simple. Click the 'Create Account' link(hint: it's over there somewhere ---------> ), give us your email address, a username, password, and verify the security code, and you're on your way.What features can I look for in the future?
There are several improvements/additions to the site that area already in the works, and just need testing:- Ability to ignore stories from particular users.
